If we discover there is a basis for a professional relationship, we can discuss the goals for a specific project.  I will prepare a written proposal for your consideration and acceptance before we begin work.  It will outline a process, time lines and budget for accomplishing those goals.  The accepted proposal becomes a statement of expectation that you will hold me accountable to deliver.

In working with a client organization, I see my role as that of teacher, advisor and coach.  My work is designed to help an organization by analyzing the existing situation; offering suggestions for improvement where needed; providing practical tools and training needed to implement those suggestions; and coaching team members as they apply and integrate what has been learned.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  I believe in being accountable for delivering value to my clients in return for the professional fees paid and accountability is meaningless without tangible consequences.  At any time during our relationship, if you feel that my work is not meeting expectations and delivering true value for your organization, you may terminate our engagement and decide how much to pay (if anything) of my professional fees for the work completed.  In the event that you chose to invoke this guarantee, I would appreciate a frank discussion of your decision so that I may fully understand your concerns.
